Orders & Payment
How do I place an order?
Simply browse our collections, select your desired items and sizes, add them to your basket, and proceed to checkout. You'll need to provide your delivery address and payment details to complete your order.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Maestro. All payments are processed securely through our encrypted payment system.
Can I modify or cancel my order?
Please contact us immediately at williamsea.wsuk@gmail.com or +44 7451 233391 if you need to modify or cancel your order. Once an order has been dispatched, we cannot make changes, but you can return items under our 30-day returns policy.
Will I receive an order confirmation?
Yes, you'll receive an email confirmation immediately after placing your order, followed by a dispatch notification with tracking information once your order ships.
Shipping & Delivery
How long will delivery take?
UK standard delivery takes 3-5 business days, whilst express delivery takes 1-2 business days. International delivery times vary by destination (5-21 business days). See our Shipping & Delivery Policy for full details.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes! We offer free standard delivery on all UK orders over £75. Orders under £75 have a £4.95 delivery charge.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship to over 100 countries worldwide. Shipping costs and delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your location.
How can I track my order?
Once your order is dispatched, you'll receive a tracking number via email. Use this number to monitor your delivery in real-time through the courier's website.
What if my order hasn't arrived?
If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated timeframe, please contact us at williamsea.wsuk@gmail.com with your order number, and we'll investigate immediately.
Returns & Exchanges
What is your returns policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy on all items. Items must be unworn, unwashed, with original tags attached. See our Returns & Refunds Policy for complete details.
How do I return an item?
Contact us at williamsea.wsuk@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll provide return instructions and an address. Package your items securely with tags attached and send via tracked post.
Who pays for return shipping?
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or we sent the wrong item. We recommend using a tracked service for your protection.
How long do refunds take?
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund within 5-7 business days. Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
Can I exchange an item?
Yes, we're happy to exchange items for a different size or colour, subject to availability. Contact us at williamsea.wsuk@gmail.com to arrange an exchange.
Sizing & Products
How do I find my size?
Please refer to our comprehensive Size Guide which includes UK, EU, and US size conversions, measurement instructions, and fit information. If you're between sizes, we generally recommend sizing up.
Are your sizes true to size?
Yes, our regular fit items are true to UK sizing. Each product page includes specific fit information (slim fit, relaxed fit, oversized) to help you choose the right size.
How do I care for my garments?
Care instructions are included on the label of each garment. Generally, we recommend following the care symbols, washing in cold water, and avoiding tumble drying to maintain quality and longevity.
Are product colours accurate?
We photograph our products professionally to represent colours as accurately as possible. However, colours may vary slightly depending on your screen settings and lighting.

Do I need an account to shop?
No, you can checkout as a guest. However, creating an account allows you to track orders, save addresses, and receive exclusive offers.
